The Rosselli slidingsaw bench(R-400) has been designed to perform extremely precise cuts; This machine allows the operator to work quickly and easily, transforming the most difficult jobs into easy ones. The sturdy robot-welded frame makes the circular saw stable, solid and durable. The protective casings of the moving parts and the blade cover make the machine extremely safe.
Thecircular sawis equipped with a side table which allows you to work more comfortably by having more surface available for supporting the wood. This table, if not used, can be folded so as to take up less space and thus make the machine less bulky.
Rosselli has also studied a new concept, ergonomic and functional log clamp, specifically developed to avoid both possible contact with the disc and dangerous rotations of the wood during the cutting phases.
Like all Rosselli machines, the R-400 model, in addition to the normal safety features, is characterized by a device that allows the blade to stop in 10 seconds despite the cardan continuing to rotate, as required by theMachinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

DISENGAGEMENT - SAFETY SYSTEM
Following the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC, this machine is equipped with a stop security device we call “DISINNESTO”. This is composed of an emergency lever that the operator can use in dangerous situations: the blade will come to rest within 10 seconds although the driveshaft will continue to turn.
LOCKING SYSTEM
This device stops the log and guarantees a sharp and defined cut; both hands are needed to operate the machine in order to avoid any contact with the blade.
