CIRCULAR SAW WITH PTO SHAFTWITH SLIDING TABLE
The Rosselli sliding saw bench (R-400) has been designed to perform extremely precise cuts; This machine allows the operator to work quickly and easily, transforming the most difficult jobs into easy ones. The sturdy robot-welded frame makes the circular saw stable, solid and durable. The protective casings of the moving parts and the blade cover make the machine extremely safe.
The circular saw is equipped with a side table which allows you to work more comfortably by having more surface available for supporting the wood. This table, if not used, can be folded so as to take up less space and thus make the machine less bulky.
Rosselli has also studied a new concept, ergonomic and functional log clamp, specifically developed to avoid both possible contact with the disc and dangerous rotations of the wood during the cutting phases.
Like all Rosselli machines, the R-400 model, in addition to the normal safety features, is characterized by a device that allows the blade to stop in 10 seconds despite the cardan continuing to rotate, as required by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Key to unscrew the blade
This key is used to unscrew and screw the circular blade of the saw for replacement after wear.
Transmission belts
The saw bench is equipped with 3 special belts to transmit a uniform motion to the cutting of the wood. The transmission belts are designed with high quality materials to guarantee optimal performance over time, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the circular saw.

Emergency brake
In case of emergency we have installed a lever on the circular saw to brake the circular blade in less than 8 seconds. A clutch system stops the motion of the cutting disc.
Sliding table locking system
With this hook and a cotter pin you can lock the table to prevent it from sliding when you move the circular saw or to keep it at rest.
Wood locking system
With this wood locking system you can saw wood in complete safety. Obtaining a fast and perpendicular cut.
Protection with holes
We have installed this large protection to make the circular saw even safer. Making it easy and practical to work at the same time. The user will be able to see the sawing action of the wood through the holes in the sheet metal.
Sawdust drain
Special sawdust outlet, designed to expel shavings without endangering your hands. The special attachment is designed to attach a sawdust extractor.
Folding side table extension
On the left side we have a folding extension table. This extension is used to be able to support long logs of wood. By folding the table you can recover space for parking.
Sheet metal thickness
For a sturdy and stable structure we use sheet metal of adequate thickness. We have done tests and a sealing study to make the saw safer and more durable over time.
Special hook to support the cardan shaft
The hook placed above the three points of the circular saw is used to support the PTO transmission when the saw is stalled/stopped. Useful so the cardan shaft is never resting on the ground.

The Rosselli company has always paid great attention to security issues, all our machines fully respect the directives imposed by the European Community. For this reason every Saw Bench follows the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC : Rosselli machines are equipped with all devices that allow the operator to work in a condition of complete security.
DISENGAGEMENT - SAFETY SYSTEM
Following the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC, this machine is equipped with a stop security device we call “DISINNESTO”. This is composed of an emergency lever that the operator can use in dangerous situations: the blade will come to rest within 10 seconds although the driveshaft will continue to turn.
LOCKING SYSTEM
This device stops the log and guarantees a sharp and defined cut; both hands are needed to operate the machine in order to avoid any contact with the blade.
