The Rosselli circular saw bench with sliding bench underwent some important changes and improvements over the years. This important evolution makes the Rosselli circular saw bench safer, more reliable and more robust. The S-M650 model is equipped with a 2HP (1,5kW) engine; the S-M655 model is equipped with a 3HP (2,2kW) engine.
Trapezoidal belts characterized by high performance and durability permit the movement transmission from the driveshaft to the shaft. This system allows to take up all possible recoils and stress on the driveshaft.
The machine is equipped with sliding protection and a sliding worktop (860x360mm) moves on high quality bearings. These bearings are strong enough to resist to strong pressure and continuous movements and they moves on another worktop. This circular saw bench is equipped with a Ø450 steel blade that allows to do 16 cm cuts because it is possible to use the whole blade surface. This machine is completely built in Italy respecting European standards and it gives priority to security.

Protezione con fori
Abbiamo installato questa ampia protezione per rendere la sega circolare ancora più sicura. Rendendola allo stesso tempo facile e pratica da lavorare. L'utilizzatore potrà visualizzare l'azione di segatura della legna attraverso i fori sulla lamiera.
Scarico per segatura
Scarico speciale per segatura, creato per l'espulsione dei trucioli di legno evitando di mettere in pericolo le mani. Lo speciale attacco è concepito per poter attaccare un aspiratore di segature.
Tavolo laterale
Sul lato sinistro abbiamo un tavolo di estensione. Questa prolunga serve per avere un poter appoggiare tronchi di lunghe dimensioni. Questo è avvitato già al momento della consegna.

MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC
The Rosselli company, which has always been attentive to safety issues, builds its machines scrupulously following the directives imposed by the European Community. For this reason, the proposed saw benches comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC: they are characterized by all those features that allow the operator to work in complete tranquility.
DISENGAGEMENT - SAFETY SYSTEM
Following the rules imposed by the Regulations (Machine Directive 2006/42/EC) the machine is equipped with a braking safety system which we call "DISENGAGE". This system is made up of an emergency lever that the operator can release in dangerous situations, thus allowing the blade to stop within 10 seconds despite the cardan continuing to move.
LOCKING SYSTEM
This system stops the trunk ensuring a clean and precise cut and allows the operator to keep his hands busy so as to avoid contact with the blade.
