The saw bench S-R150 with sliding protection is a very simple working machine able to satisfy many different needs. One of the most important peculiarity of this saw bench is its tractor joint placed in the back that let free both the circular sides to operate.
The cover blade carter has been developed in order to guarantee a perfect cut wood leftovers discharge. The Rosselli firm has also studied a newly designed wood-block: an ergonomic and functional solution expressly developed to avoid both possible contacts with the disk and the dangerous rotations of the wood during the cutting phases.
Three trapezoidal belts characterized by high performance and durability permit the movement transmission from the driveshaft to the shaft. This machine is completely built in Italy respecting European standards and it gives priority to security.
In particular, this model is very appreciated by Rosselli customers for its operating simplicity. Infact, one of the aim of this saw bench is to make the work a pleasant moment thanks to its simplicity: men, women and also old people would be able to operate without any problem.

Bloccaggio del tavolo di scorrimento
Con questo gancio e una coppiglia potrai bloccare il tavolo per evitare lo scorrimento quando sposterai la sega circolare o per tenerla a riposo
Sistema di bloccaggio del legno
Con questo sistema di bloccaggio del legno potrai segare legna in completa sicurezza. Ottenendo un taglio veloce e perpendicolare.
Protezione con fori
Abbiamo installato questa ampia protezione per rendere la sega circolare ancora più sicura. Rendendola allo stesso tempo facile e pratica da lavorare. L'utilizzatore potrà visualizzare l'azione di segatura della legna attraverso i fori sulla lamiera.
Scarico per segatura
Scarico speciale per segatura, creato per l'espulsione dei trucioli di legno evitando di mettere in pericolo le mani. Lo speciale attacco è concepito per poter attaccare un aspiratore di segature.
Tavolo laterale
Sul lato sinistro abbiamo un tavolo di estensione. Questa prolunga serve per avere un poter appoggiare tronchi di lunghe dimensioni. Questo è avvitato già al momento della consegna.
Sheet metal thickness
For a sturdy and stable structure we use sheet metal of adequate thickness. We have done tests and a sealing study to make the saw safer and more durable over time.

The Rosselli company has always paid great attention to security issues, all our machines fully respect the directives imposed by the European Community. For this reason every Saw Bench follows the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC: Rosselli machines are equipped with all devices that allow the operator to work in a condition of complete security
BRAKING SYSTEM - EMERGENCY
Following the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC, this machine is equipped with a stop security device we call “DISINNESTO”. This is composed of an emergency lever that the operator can use in dangerous situations: the blade will come to rest within 10 seconds although the driveshaft will continue to turn.
LOCK DEVICE
This device stops the log and guarantees a sharp and defined cut; both hands are needed to operate the machine in order to avoid any contact with the blade.
